New Equipment
- Returned items must be new and in resalable condition.
- If equipment has been used, demonstrated, or has additional hours logged, no credit will be issued.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned equipment unless otherwise specified.
- Credits will only be issued once the machine is received, re-tested, and verified to be in new working order.
- If the unit requires any parts or repairs, the cost will be deducted from the credit.
- All returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the equipment.
- Customers are responsible for all freight charges incurred for returning equipment.
Refurbished Equipment
